Bertimbang Taruh (Even Stakes) is an exhibition project resulted by an intensive research on a gold mining district in Tupang Pitu, East Java - Indonesia.

The presentation consists of spatial installations, sculptural objects and video works, that weave the research material with personal narrative - looking at the interrelation between body, material, values and the geography.

Bertimbang Taruh is presented at Cemeti Art House (Institute for Art and Society)
